Just Keeping his Options Open
TMZ has learned Kevin Federline was speaking to his lawyer about divorcing Britney Spears more than a month before she filed legal papers to end the marriage.
Sources say Federline was communicating with attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan, talking about divorcing Spears and angling to cash in on her fortune. Federline's right to money is extremely limited because of the prenup. TMZ knows the terms of the prenup, and they are not good news for K-Fed. We're told the only thing he'll get is less than 20% of the value of the couple's Malibu estate, valued at approximately $10 million, and spousal support for one year. We're told the support he'll get is less than $250,000.
No Heather, this isn't proof of anything! The boy was just finding out what his rights were. He knew that she was acting all post-partem crazy and he just wanted to make sure that he and his children would be protected if something shady went down. I got your back Kev!

OMG! That would be so great if it were true! Although ain't no sistah gonna let her man get some other chick knocked up, even for the money.
Fed-Ex and Shar may, or may not end up back together. She does speak pretty highly of him during her interviews.
Fed-Ex is going to walk away from the marriage with at least a million after the attorneys fees. I am sure Shar is eyeing some of that for her children.
He makes me sick...the whole marriage was a fluke. Look at that half-ass TV show they tried to produce. They did nothing but drink and act as if they were druggies together. Someone needs to slap them both in the face and tell them to get real. Think about your boys for God sakes. I'm telling you, this is a stunt to get K Fed (wait, isn't he white?) some ratings.
