Skin and Bones

Nicole Richie is so dang skinny! I know we should stop saying that. And that she has attempted to get help and put on a few pounds. But look at her little arms in this picture. My goodness!

She doesn't look quite as bad as the Australian twins Clare and Rachel Wallmeyer, who are suffering from Anorexia, but she's damn close.

She is however, denying the fact that she had gastric bypass surgery and then had the operation reversed. "It is not Nicole," her publicist tells PEOPLE. "There are a ton of 'Hollywood starlets.'"

Uh huh.
