Nicole Richie Collapses?

TMZ is reporting that just before 2 a.m. Nicole Richie passed out and fell to the floor at Hyde nightspot. An employee approached Richie and her friends and said he was calling 911. Her friends told the employee not to make the call and that they would take Richie to a hospital. She was then carried out of the club through the back door. No word on whether or not she actually went to the hospital. Her publicist denies the collapse ever happened.

Now what kind of hospital lets you out with a club pass? So was the hospital stay a lie? Is she all better? I'm so confused.
